Adorable and well made

I actually bought this for my cat instead of a dog but it fits him well since he’s on the larger side (16 pounds). It is surprisingly difficult to find well made, cute tags that hold enough info. This one checked all my boxes. The design is absolutely adorable since he’s the sweetest little guy and the yellow stands out on his black fur. The metal seems very thick and durable like it will last a lifetime. I also appreciated how I was able to add everything I needed. I wanted his name, my name, and two phone numbers and it arrived with all of that info perfectly engraved. Will definitely use this company again for any future pets and recommend them to friends. How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship our orders within 1-5 business days (usually within 1-2 days). Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. This typically takes 3-5 business days in the U.S., 8-10 business days to Canada, and 14 or more business days internationally. If you need your order more quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How durable are the tags?

We use high quality brass, gold, and enamel to provide you with design and endurance.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If we made a mistake on your ID Tag or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you. If there was an error in the engraving details that were submitted along with the order, we require a $10 mistake fee to receive a new tag. We are also happy to accept returns on ID Tags within 10 days of delivery. Please note that shipping on returns is not covered by Two Tails Pet Company. Please contact us and we will gladly resolve the issue.
