Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship our orders within 4-5 business days. Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. This typically takes 3-5 business days in the U.S., 8-10 business days to Canada, and 14 or more business days internationally. If you need your order more quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our standard shipping practice is to ship 1-2 Pet ID Tags with USPS First Class Mail. Orders of 3+ Pet ID Tags, Collars, and all other products, will be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage and you will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment. Should you need it, you will have the option to upgrade to a higher level of shipping at checkout.

What is your returns policy?
ID TAGS
If we made a mistake on your ID Tag or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you. If there was an error in the engraving details that were submitted along with the order, we require a $10 mistake fee
to receive a new tag. We are also happy to accept returns on ID Tags within 10 days of delivery. Please note that shipping on returns is not covered by Two Tails Pet Company. Please contact us and we will gladly resolve the issue.
COLLARS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

Returns received within 30 days of delivery date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
We cannot accept returns after 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Please note that shipping on returns is not covered by Two Tails Pet Company, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will cover the shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size you can return your purchased item, unused, within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will gladly send you the new item. Please note that shipping on exchange is not covered by Two Tails Pet Company. Please contact us and we will gladly process the exchange.
