How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship our orders within 1-5 business days (usually within 1-2 days). Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. This typically takes 3-5 business days in the U.S., 8-10 business days to Canada, and 14 or more business days internationally. If you need your order more quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What is your return policy?

If we made a mistake on your ID Tag or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you. If there was an error in the engraving details that were submitted along with the order, we require a $10 mistake fee to receive a new tag. We are also happy to accept returns on ID Tags within 10 days of delivery. Please note that shipping on returns is not covered by Two Tails Pet Company. Please contact us and we will gladly resolve the issue.

What is your online payment method?

We accept debit and credit card using Paypal, Shopify, and Stripe, the industry leaders in online payments.
