This typically takes 3-5 business days in the U.S., 8-10 business days to Canada, and 14 or more business days internationally. Your satisfaction is our priority. If we made a mistake on your ID Tag (typo, missing info, etc.), or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you. We are also happy to accept returns on your products within 10 days of delivery. Please note that all shipping on returns is not covered by Two Tails Pet Company. Please contact us and we will gladly resolve the issue.
