So cute but tiny keyring

I absolutely love the adorable Id tag! It’s the perfect design for my dog. One point of feedback would just be sending a bigger key ring as the tiny key ring included was too small for dogs collar d ring. I was able to get the tiny key ring on the collar but then it would snag on his harness because the d ring split it apart too much.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship our orders within 1-5 business days (usually within 1-2 days). Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. This typically takes 3-5 business days in the U.S., 8-10 business days to Canada, and 14 or more business days internationally. If you need your order more quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How durable are the tags?

We use high quality brass, gold, and enamel to provide you with design and endurance.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If we made a mistake on your ID Tag or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you. If there was an error in the engraving details that were submitted along with the order, we require a $10 mistake fee to receive a new tag. We are also happy to accept returns on ID Tags within 10 days of delivery. Please note that shipping on returns is not covered by Two Tails Pet Company. Please contact us and we will gladly resolve the issue.
