We ship our orders within 1-5 business days (usually within 1-2 days). Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. This typically takes 3-5 business days in the U.S., 8-10 business days to Canada, and 14 or more business days internationally. If you need your order more quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We use high quality brass, gold, and enamel to provide you with design and endurance.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If we made a mistake on your ID Tag (typo, missing info, etc.), or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you. We are also happy to accept returns on your products within 10 days of delivery. Please note that all shipping on returns is not covered by Two Tails Pet Company. Please contact us and we will gladly resolve the issue.
